Our customer safety is our top priority. At the moment our Crystal Lake and Algonquin shops are closed, but we wanted to inform you of our alternative FREE DELIVERY and drop-off options.
No-Charge Delivery Service
If your reside in Crystal Lake, Carry, or Huntley, our team is happy to deliver your fixed shoes, coat, or luggage at no charge to you.
Simply call us at (815) 219-1342 to arrange a delivery.
Drop-Off for New Orders
Got something to repair? No problem!
- Schedule a shop drop-off by calling us at (815) 219-1342. We will ensure our team member is on site to safely accept your fix order.
- No-Charge Shoe/Luggage/Coat pick-up. If you reside in Crystal Lake, Carry, or Huntley, we can schedule a no-cost pick-up. We do ask for a minimum of three pairs of shoes or a $50 min in repair cost.
To schedule a new order pick-up, call us at (815) 219-1342. You may leave your items outside your door with the following information:
- Your name
- Phone number
- Address
- Any details on your request
We will pick-up your order and arrange a call-back with an estimate confirmation.
